As a student, it was common that a course I wanted to enroll in was full, but often in the following days, students would drop the course as their schedule changed.  These spots didn't last long, and I found myself checking several courses several times a day to see if there were changes.

During university, I wrote a simple application that consumed enrollment data made available by the university and sent me notifications of course openings, and added a few useful searching and scheduling tools.

A few years later, I felt the need to rewrite it into a true enterprise scale application, with the intention of making it able to integrate with any university. The main platform is independent of any school’s data structure and an engine watches data made available by the university and transforms it to be usable by the classify platform.
